Mini Flower Crystals® Hibiscus

2 oz Mezcal

1.5 oz Passionfruit Juice

3/4 oz Lemon
-
1/2 oz Agave
-
1 Egg White
Method

Prepare coupe glass by rimming with Mini Flower Crystals Hibiscus and set aside.

Combine mezcal, passionfruit juice, lemon juice, agave, and the egg white to a shaker tin.

Shake for at least 30 seconds, until the contents are very frothy when opening the tin.

Add ice to tins and shake again, for about 10 seconds.

Double strain into prepared coupe glass, ensuring there is a nice layer of foam on top from the egg white.

Top with Marigolds and serve.
